- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update
- Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control,
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (see our Return & Refunds Policy).
